Every morning, apply with fingers to the yet unwashed skin (face, neck, décolleté) immediately upon waking. Leave on for 3 minutes and rinse off with warm water.

Why three minutes and what happens during that time?

1st minute cleanses, 2nd minute nourishes and hydrates, 3rd minute closes pores. Everything that comes into contact with the skin and is smaller than pores penetrates it within 10 seconds. Three minutes are sufficient for nutrient absorption. Masks contain a high concentration of ingredients to be stronger, and results are achieved quickly. You can leave the mask on the skin for 5 or 10 minutes, but you won't achieve a better effect. You are only doing it for your own comfort, but it does not increase effectiveness.

Why include a morning mask in your routine?

In the morning, the skin is poorly hydrated and tired. This is due to the self-cleaning process during which the skin eliminates excess oil, sweat, and dirt from the previous day to the surface overnight.

Why not rinse the face with cold water?

If we rinse the skin with cold water, the pores close and impurities remain trapped. The skin then has a dull, grayish tone and an uneven and dirty appearance. Oil binds to oil, and oily impurities can attract each other like a magnet and easily remove them from the skin.
