Did you buy from us and need to return or make a claim? We will do everything to make the whole process as simple as possible. Choose what we can help you with.
I want to return the goods
If you purchased from our e-shop, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving a reason.
After clicking, you will fill out a simple online form. After submitting it, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of your application by email.
How to proceed?
- Fill out the online form.
- Wait for confirmation by email.
- Pack the goods carefully. The goods must be unused or without signs of use, unopened, and in their original, undamaged packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the package, we will refund your money to your account within 30 days. We will inform you of this step via email.
I want to complain about the goods
If it arrived damaged or a defect appeared during use, we are here for you.
Fill out a short form, describe the problem and optionally attach photos.
Add the completed complaint form to the package or send it to us by e-mail: info@havlikovaapoteka.cz.
